When you have winter

and survive. If these days you have sore throat, try this cinnamon
tea which will help you for sure.
Required ingredients
for cinnamon sore throat tea:
- one cup of milk
- half teaspoon cinnamon
- half teaspoon of oat ginger
- one spoon of honey
Pour the milk into a
small bowl and make it warm, hot, but not prolific. Serve cinnamon,
ginger and honey. Let it cool a little bit, and drink it slowly sip
by sip.
