Top Easter Movies

The festivity of Easter is just around the corner, and it indicates the start of the spring season. Although there is not a set date every year, not like Christmas or Valentine’s Day, it is at all times celebrated on the first Sunday following the spring equinox. Easter was always consider to be children holiday, and therefore there are a variety of Easter jelly bean candies, chocolate bunnies, marshmallow chicks, and many other beautiful things children loves.

1. It's the Easter Beagle, Charlie Brown

There’s no holiday without the Peanuts. With Easter coming up, the crew is hard at work for get ready for the holiday. While Snoopy is shopping for a new home for Woodstock, Peppermint Patty is having a difficult time making Easter eggs with Marcie who hasn't the slightest idea of how to do that. This movie is certainly for every age, so you can watch it together with you kids and enjoy Easter.

2. Hop

E.B., the Easter Bunny's teenage son, heads to Hollywood, determined to become a drummer in a rock 'n' roll band. In LA, he's taken in by Fred after the out-of-work lazybones hits E.B. with his car. In combination of state-of-the-art animation and live action, Hop tells the comic tale of Fred, an out-of-work slacker who fortuitously injures the Easter Bunny and must take him in as he recovers. As Fred struggles with the world's most horrible house guest, both will find out what it takes to finally grow up. E.B.'s journey has just enough comedy and fun for the entire family to enjoy.

3. Bugs Bunny's Easter Funnies

Bugs Bunny's Easter Special is a Looney Tunes television special featuring a number of Warner Bros. cartoons. It originally debuted on the TV network but it is one of the most popular movies around Easter time. The Easter bunny is ill, and Granny needs to find a substitute for him, after watching quite a few cartoons from the past. A very keen Daffy Duck keeps appearing, in the end he dresses up as the Easter bunny and Granny and Bugs have been cheated but find it funny. With Sylvester, Pepe Le Pew, Foghorn Leghorn and Daffy on screen the fun is guaranteed.

4. Winnie the Pooh - Springtime with Roo

A magnificent version of the Charles Dickens's classic: A Christmas Carol. A hyper Roo, alongside with Pooh, Piglet, Tigger and Eeyore, pay Rabbit a visit to have a good time on Easter. But instead they find a Spring Cleaning festival. Rabbit refuses to celebrate Easter and a very disappointed Roo tries to cheerful him.

5. The First Easter Rabbit

A much-loved toy stuffed rabbit is rescued by a fairy to be the first Easter Rabbit. A toy bunny named Stuffy then comes to life and he goes to Easter Valley where he is assigned the task of being the first Easter Rabbit. But a wicked ice creature named Zero wants to freeze Easter Valley. Easter Valley must be saved so Stuffy can deliver the baskets of eggs!
